Return and Refund Policy

Our ultimate goal is to have satisfied customers who enjoy their purchases from us. In reality, there are times when an item may not live up to someone's expectations. Most items can be returned up to 30 days after purchase.

Our terms for returns:

Up to 30 days after purchase.
Item must not have been worn outside, and cannot show any signs of wear and tear. Full box, packaging, and all tags must accompany the return.
Reason for return must be included on a note inside box.
Contact us first for return address and instructions.
Process of refund (i.e. terms of refund, duration, payment details) should happen within 1-3 weeks, after receipt of original product.
There may be a re-stocking fee. Shipping cost is non-refundable.
Refund will be to original payment method.
